Starting your day with yoga is a great idea! Here's a simple sequence of full-body stretching exercises suitable for beginners:

1. **Child's Pose (Balasana):** Begin on your hands and knees, then sit back on your heels while stretching your arms forward and lowering your forehead to the ground.

2. **Cat-Cow Stretch (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana):** From tabletop position, arch your back up like a cat on an exhale, then drop your belly and lift your chest on an inhale, like a cow.

3. **Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana):** From tabletop, lift your hips toward the ceiling, straightening your arms and legs to form an inverted V shape.

4. **Forward Fold (Uttanasana):** From downward dog, walk your hands back to your feet and hang forward, letting your head and arms dangle.

5. **Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana):** From the forward fold, slowly roll up to standing, keeping your spine straight, and reach your hands toward the floor or shins.

6. **Mountain Pose (Tadasana):** Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides, and palms facing forward. Engage your core and relax your shoulders.

7. **Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I):** Step one foot back into a lunge, keeping your front knee bent at a 90-degree angle and your back leg straight. Reach your arms overhead, palms facing each other.

8. **Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II):** Open your hips and shoulders to the side, extending your arms parallel to the ground, with your gaze over your front fingertips.

9. **Triangle Pose (Trikonasana):** Straighten your front leg and reach your front arm forward, lowering your hand to your shin, ankle, or the floor, while lifting your other arm toward the ceiling.

10. **Corpse Pose (Savasana):** Lie flat on your back, arms by your sides, palms facing up. Close your eyes and focus on deep breathing for relaxation.

Repeat each pose slowly, focusing on your breath and listening to your body. Make adjustments as needed to ensure comfort and safety. Enjoy your practice!
